Outlook Notes can become a quiet data trap. This utility uses the installed Windows Outlook client and its COM interface to export those notes into files that are easier to keep, search, and migrate.
It is a practical data-ownership tool, not a cloud service. Its setup, requirements, output behavior, and known limits are documented in the public repository.
